By default, Kykeon Analytics ensures that the results of your analyses are communicated exclusively to you. We will never share your analysis results with any third parties without your explicit consent. Kykeon Analytics is dedicated to protecting the privacy and data rights of all our users. Your trust is paramount to us, and our systems are designed with your confidentiality as a foundational principle.

You always have the choice: "I want my results to stay 100% private." This is our default commitment to you.

The Kykeon Public Archive: Share with Confidence

However, if you explicitly wish to have your results shown publicly and verified to the public by Kykeon Analytics, you can opt-in to this service. Your results, potentially including identifying information you consent to share, will then be published on Kykeon’s Public Archive.

Choosing the Public Archive option ("I want my results shown on the public archive") allows for broader transparency and enables third parties to verify the authenticity of your analysis directly through our platform. This choice is entirely yours and requires your explicit permission.

Verifying Your Report

Kykeon Analytics is committed to the integrity of our reports. Only analytical reports hosted on our official Public Archive at https://kykeonanalytics.com/archives are directly verified by Kykeon Analytics.

To further ensure authenticity, especially for reports shared outside our archive:

• Always check any QR code or verification link present on the physical or digital report.
• We are developing a dedicated Analysis Authenticator. This upcoming feature will allow anyone to upload a PDF report. The system will then check its authenticity against our secure records. A genuine, unaltered report from Kykeon Analytics will receive a clear confirmation (e.g., a green "Authentic" status), while a tampered or unrecognized report will be flagged (e.g., a red "Verification Failed" or "Potentially Altered" status).

This multi-layered approach helps protect against unauthorized modifications and ensures you can trust the information you receive.

Understanding Report Timeliness

To ensure that analytical data is always interpreted in its proper context, reports that are older than three months will bear a watermark stating:
“Warning: This report is older than 3 months and may not be representative of the sample as it was at the time of analysis.”
This measure is in place because the characteristics of a sample can change over time. The watermark serves as a reminder of the analysis date's relevance.
